Q: What is the pricing for swim lessons?
A: Pricing information can be found here.
Q: How do I know which level to register for?
A: Please see the class levels tab. If your child can do the skills listed in a certain level, then they can move to the next level. For example: if your child can do all the skills listed under Level 2, then your child can be in Level 3. If your child is working on those skills, but has not yet mastered them, then they can enroll in that level.
Q: Do you offer trial lessons? May I come see the facilities and observe lessons?
We welcome visitors during any of our class times. We do not offer trial classes however we do offer a satisfaction guarantee! It is our belief that you’ll love it here at King’s Swim Academy. If after your first 4 consecutive lessons you are not completely satisfied, please let the office or Deck Supervisor know. At that point, we will offer you another class for free with a teacher that better fits your family’s needs. If after that change you are still not satisfied, we will offer to refund your membership fee and any un-used tuition.
Q: How will I know what date to start the class?
A: Register for any open class the week you would like to start. The swimmer starts the week you sign them up! If you’re not ready to start now, check availability when you’re ready to begin.
Q: When will I be billed?
A: At KSA, you prepay for lessons. Tuition payment must be received for registration fee and tuition at the time of enrollment. Payment reserves your space in the class. Your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated according to how many lessons are left in the calendar month. From then on, monthly tuition is automatically deducted from your debit or credit card on the 1st of each month.
An annual membership fee of $30 is due at the time of registration. This fee is automatically charged to your account on the first day of your membership renewal month, Accounts can be set up to receive either Visa, Mastercard, debit card, or EFT (direct bank account) payments.
Q: Can I choose a specific instructor?
A: We cannot guarantee an instructor. We can guarantee that all of our quality instructors teach swimming skills in a fun, safe environment.
Q: What if we decide to withdraw from swim lessons?
A: We need to be informed (by e-mail with an e-mail confirmation from KSA or by written notice at the swim school) of your decision to withdraw from lessons on or before the 15th of the month preceding your drop. We can pro-rate the next month if you notify us in advance.
Q: How can I report an upcoming absence?

Reusable or washable swim diapers are available for purchase from the KSA office if needed.
Q: Do you offer family swim time?
A: Yes! Please visit our Family Open Swim page for more information
Q: How Do Wait Lists Work?
A: Registering on our “wait lists” let’s us know you would like to be notified when a class opens up. We send out emails that go to every student listed on the watch list. It is a first come first serve basis. The best way to get a class time that works for your schedule is to call the office and ask them to look for upcoming availability or new classes that are starting.
