Withdraw PolicyI understand that requests to withdraw must be placed in writing by the 15th of the final month of classes. Verbal requests over the phone or in-person will not be honored. If I have not received confirmation of my written request from KSA, I understand my request did not go through and I will re-submit the written withdrawal request. No refunds will be honored after billing has taken place. Requests received after the 15th of the final month are subject to a $25 processing fee. Once the next month has been charged on the 1st, there will not be any refunds. Pro-rates into the next month may be done with a notification by the 15th of the previous month.
